As an Account Executive you’ll learn from some of the very best Account Managers in the industry and benefit from our highly respected training programme. So what will you be doing?
Alongside your training you’ll be involved in:
• Researching potential customers to drive new business
• New business development; cold calling; email marketing
• Achieving KPI’s, call targets, and revenue targets
• Booking, organising and hosting customer meetings and technology days
• Account management; quotations; regular customer contact; understanding strategy leading to project-based work.
You don’t need to be a technical genius, though we’ll expect you to be a very quick learner, highly organised, and able to keep up with new and emerging technologies.
Most importantly, you’ll be a clear and persuasive communicator, able to quickly build rapport with new customers and represent Softcat positively, so they’ll love our company as much as we know you will! You will also need to build strong internal relationships with colleagues and product specialists.
