Our client is a unique award-winning social marketing agency that engages families, parents, young people and teachers through education. They combine educational expertise, with strong consumer marketing skills and school support to provide excellent marketing and socially-focused campaigns to companies, public sector organisations and major agencies. They work as a specialist agency providing knowledge and experience to organisations in order to reach into the education community and the family market.


The company delivers campaigns for public sector and commercial clients including SKY, Marks and Spencer, Nike, Reckitt Benckiser, Morrison's, Lloyds TSB, Birds Eye and VW, as well as major agencies. Their work covers a wide range of disciplines including direct marketing, brand awareness, sponsorship, partnership marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility. These services include consultancy, research, education content, schools partnership marketing, digital, live and school relationship management



This is a permanent graduate position based in Wandworth (moving to central London soon), paying £22k per annum


How you can expect to spend your day:


Maintaining and managing the Festival programme


Ensuring the whole Into Film Festival project proceeds on time and on plan


Ensuring distributers have the up to date programme and all screening run smoothly


Supporting the recruitment and management of speakers and venues for approximately 120 special events within the Festival programme


Working with the design team to create and proof information packs for all speakers, venues and hosts


Working with the digital team to ensure the programme, and associated images, education resources and other documents are accurately uploaded and depicted for public bookings.


Support in the administer the bookings of schools and youth groups for participation in the Festival


Supporting the temporary bookings team, assisting with ad hoc queries and incident management


Ensuring we have all DVDs needed in stock, purchase additional DVDs where needed, and arrange postal delivery to relevant sites for screenings


Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders


Supporting the in delivery of the Into Film Festival on budget, on time, and against targets, by negotiating with suppliers, where needed, to ensure work is completed within budget


The ideal intern's personality and qualifications:


Must be a recent graduate, preferably with experience in a marketing environment


Excellent attention to detail and used to working to tight deadlines


A passion and keen interest in marketing. The ability to work autonomously, in a highly organised manner, with good time management skills.


A pro-active thinker who wants to learn and be given responsibility


The ability to work calmly under pressure, remaining professional at all times


Experience and/or skills in any of the following would be an advantage:
