This is a 3 month internship paying £20-24k per annum and is designed to lead to a permanent graduate job.
Key responsibilities of the role:
As an Account Coordinator, you will have a unique opportunity to support the Account Management Team, and position yourself for career growth within that team. You will be working on the front line of the online advertising industry, in an innovative and fast paced audience targeting company that is bridging the gap between programmatic targeting and programmatic creative.
Among the areas to be reviewed and developed are:
Supporting the daily workflow of the Client Management team
Communicating client objectives with the Trading team
Supporting day-to-day relationships across a variety of clients
Verifying client deliverables at pre-launch of campaigns and communicating them accordingly
Setting up and monitoring campaign performance and budgets
Creating campaign reporting (templated or customized)
Providing data analysis of key metrics to support the Account Management
Troubleshooting campaigns with delivery or performance issues and communicating internally
Providing excellent communication via phone, emails and in-person
Day-to-day activities will include:
You will collaborate daily with Client Management, Sales, and Operations by helping them deliver against client objectives.
You will support the team by:
Contributing to proposals in response to client briefs
Ensuring that campaigns are set up as best practice
Undertaking campaign reports for existing clients
Working with internal stakeholders and ensuring the company's client satisfaction is best in class.
Confidently participating in conversations about how to improve their performance of client objectives
Working to comprehensively support the teams and showing a desire to develop more
The ideal intern's personality and qualifications:
Strong communication, presentation, and written skills
Dynamic, independent, passionate, and a fast learner
Good analytical, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized, with the ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment
Able to prioritize and focus, with great attention to detail
Keen interest in digital media and a desire to progress within a commercial career
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
Any experience working with clients and/or in campaign management would be an advantage
Experience or knowledge of Microsoft BI would also be a bonus
