  • Led by Alex Hill, you'll be trained to recruit in the UK Public Sector.
  • Find and match the best candidates to our clients’ needs – help you secure repeat business.
  • Target companies within your market to network – this will help you build up your client base.
  • Consult clients on how to streamline processes, increasing their recruitment efficiency

Earning Potential:

  • Our markets are some of the most profitable industries to work in allowing our consultants to reach high billings very quickly!
  • We offer a £19K basic + uncapped commission - OTE average of £30- 40K in year 1, £60k in year 2 and £80k + in year 3 onwards but no reason why you cannot exceed this!
  • Performance bonus of £2,000 on top of your salary for every performance target hit

  • Quarterly 5* paid for Holidays to locations such as: Dubai, Monaco, Barcelona - This year it's Marbella!
  • Starter bonuses in your first 6 months (£200 as an extra ON TOP of your salary and commission)

  • Sales experience desirable, but not essential in our entry level position.
