Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 basic (dependent on the below experience) + Uncapped commission

The role and training?

Training consists of blending both on-desk mentoring, from the directors and senior consultants, with one-to-one training, you will learn the skills required to be an expert within your specialism.

With clearly defined goals, you will know what is required to progress to the next level.

To start, successful candidates will begin their careers in a research role. Mapping out prospect business, learning your complex specialism and resourcing exceptional industry professionals.

Progression to consultant usually falls within year 1.


Who are you?

We’re looking for exceptional individuals with genuine drive to become one of the UK’s top performing financial consultants. If you tick the below boxes, we want to hear from you:

·        Top University with a 2:1 or above in an academic degree. (Graduated 2016 – 2019)

·        Sales experience is preferable (b2c, b2b, door-to-door, direct marketing, high-end retail)

·        High level sporting achievements – we want to see you’re a driven and competitive individual.

·        Work ethic is huge – have you work consistently?
