Graduate Careers at Glencore UK
Based in our fast-paced London office, our programmes are designed to accelerate the careers of outstanding graduates who have a strong commercial outlook and a genuine interest in energy commodities trading.
Our graduate roles combine structured, professional development with on-the-job experience – successful candidates will have direct exposure to the commercial teams and will be trusted to take on responsibility from day one.
The Analytics Graduate Programme
Our team of trading analysts works directly with traders, guiding their commercial strategy by providing data-driven insights into energy commodities markets.
The team evaluates fundamental global market supply and demand of commodities traded in the energy division. Successful candidates in this team will both shape traders’ understanding of market dynamics and work cross-functionally with the shipping and technology teams, developing tools to drive results across the business.
