German Speaking Graduate - Live and Work in Munich

The difference between us and other Recruiters is we're specialists in Change and Transformation, meaning the roles you will be Recruiting for are at the forefront of changes happening within global business. All of our placements are mid-senior level meaning the average fee is normally £15,000 and you will receive at minimum a 20% bonus for every placement you make.



Weeks 1-5

Responsibilities to include:

1. - Attend, interact and learn through the Venquis training program

2. - Plan every day effectively

3. - Generating candidates and building relationships with them

4. - Understand and effectively use advanced search techniques

5. - Proactive candidate sourcing including Head Hunting, working referrals

6. - Gathering market information and sales leads

7. - Maintaining Bullhorn and up according to “your fame”

8. - Supporting consultants by sourcing skilled candidates and leads

9. - Sending out Interview confirmations & checking candidate availability

Weeks 6-13

As above and:

1. - Building client relationships – cold & warm calls

2. - Interviewing/ Briefing/ Prepping candidates

3. - Pitching clients to candidates & pitching candidates to clients

4. - Gaining Referrals and sales leads – following them up

5. - Business Development of new accounts

6. - Booking client meetings (accompanied)

7. - Taking Job specifications and closing for interviews

8. - Matching Candidates to Client vacancies

9. - Client & candidate feedback

10. - Manage whole recruitment process including offer

11. - Arranging Face to Face Internal Interviews

12. - Mapping Candidate Market

13. - Proactive Headhunt Calling

14. - Telephone Screening

15. - Completing Candidate Interview Forms

16. - Delivering Face to Face Interviews

17. - Own Diary Management


1. - 13 week in-house training academy

2. - Modular training, breaking down key stages of the Recruitment cycle

3. - Continued training and support provide by our High Performance Manager

4. - Practical assessments to ensure you perfect every area of the role

5. - Supporting Senior Consultants on candidate and client visits so you gain experience


1. - Starting salary of £23,000 with a salary increase to £25,000 after successful completion of the Training academy

2. - 20% Commission, increasing to 25% for exceeding your annual target

3. - Progress into leadership and commission will increase further to 30%
