Job Title: German Speaking Development Representative

Salary: £35,000 Basic + £15,000 Commission OTE

Location: London


By joining this company you will learn how to sell critical business applications to enterprise customers such as NatWest and GlaxoSmithKline across industries such as Finance, Pharma, Government, Tech and Manufacturing. Being able to start the sales process on such high value potential sales (i.e. $5million annually!) is a very strong skillset to develop in the early stages of your career. This company is highly successful globally and employs 265 people but has a small but growing team in the UK. This could see you join and make a huge impact on the UK culture as well as get quickly promoted based on performance to become an Account Executive in 6-12 months.

  

Joining as a German Speaking Sales Development Representative, you will working as part of a team of which is about to grow to 10! You will be the first point of contact for new customers and will running outbound prospecting campaigns via phone messaging and email to secure software demos for the sales team to attend. You will work closely with the leaders both in the UK and the US to develop your capability to sell and will have the opportunity to attend events in the UK and across Europe!

  

The culture of the company is friendly and supportive. Everyone wants to help the company grow. At the moment they are based remotely with a new office in Liverpool Street set to open next year where the team will then be in twice per week. In the meantime, the team have regular meet ups in London and go for dinners etc.

With 265 staff worldwide, the company is growing rapidly and their patented technology allows them to “wow” clients at pitch stage and win market share from their competition.

  

Candidate sought:

  

No prior sales experience is required. The role would suit a university graduate 0-36 months out of university or a candidate or similar.
