We develop and invest in graduates for our General Management talent pipeline who demonstrate the potential to become Key Account Managers by the end of our 2½ commercially orientated programme, followed by continued progression towards becoming a business leader and the Head of a division in ITW.

You will have a comprehensive induction period in which you will learn about key functions in our business, be introduced to colleagues and ITW business philosophies. Your first placement will provide a valuable insight to our business, products and customers. This is followed by a series of assignments in different business functions in the UK & Europe for up to 9 months each, where you will have the opportunity to take the lead on key challenges and projects, preparing you for your first role as Key Account Manager and onwards to a future leadership role.

REQUIREMENTS

You will hold a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any subject. A committed, hardworking and proactive attitude is essential for this position, with an enthusiasm for learning and success. You will be someone who aspires to be a business leader one day and enthused by a commercially orientated graduate programme.

You must be willing to relocate. We have multiple offices in the south of England, Scotland and across Europe. Whilst most likely in our main Crawley or Glenrothes sites, placements could be at any one of our sites in the UK, Europe and potentially field based. Where there is a change of location between placements, reasonable relocation support is provided.
