We develop and invest in graduates for our VP General Management talent pipeline who demonstrate the potential to become assistant managers by the end of our 2-year programme, followed by continued progression towards becoming the head of a division in ITW.

You will have a comprehensive induction period in which you will be introduced to your mentor, colleagues and ITW business philosophies. Your first placement will provide a valuable insight to our business, products and customers. This is followed by a series of assignments in different business functions in the UK & Europe for up to 9 months each where you will have the opportunity to take the lead on key challenges and projects, preparing you for your first role as an Assistant Manager and onwards to a future leadership role. This programme will be tailored to suit your career development from day one.

REQUIREMENTS


You will hold a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any subject. A committed, hardworking and proactive attitude is essential for this position, with an enthusiasm for learning and success.


You must be willing to relocate. We have multiple offices in the south of England, Scotland and across Europe. Whilst most likely in our main Crawley or Glenrothes sites, placements could be at any one of our sites in the UK, Europe and potentially field based. Where there is a change of location between placements, reasonable relocation support is provided.
