Future Business Skills Academy
Assured Skills Future Business Skills Academy is supported by the Department for the Economy and may be delivered in collaboration with Belfast Metropolitan College.
The programme is designed to provide participants with the future skills needed to start a career with PwC in Belfast - whether you've just graduated, are looking for a change in direction or returning to work.
Upon completion of the programme, you'll be guaranteed an interview for a role with us in Northern Ireland. If successful, you'll commence employment with the firm in Belfast on Monday 4 October 2021 and will receive a starting salary in addition to generous company benefits and extensive learning and development opportunities.
The eight-week Academy training commences on Monday 19 July and finishes on Tuesday 14 September 2021. Applicants should be available for the entire duration of the training period. Any pre-scheduled commitments should be outlined in the application.
Training is Monday to Friday, from 9:00am - 5:00pm. While the training can be undertaken from home, applicants need to be able to commit to the full-time training as outlined above.
The programme will provide an opportunity to receive industry-leading training across;
- Project management
- Business analysis
- Business acumen
- Data visualisation
- Design thinking
Additionally, you'll be supported through the first steps of a Professional Qualification - the CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting.
- 2:2 degree in any discipline
- You must be eligible to work in the UK. If you hold a visa, that visa must entitle you to full time, permanent employment in the UK

Training and childcare allowances
You'll also receive a training allowance of £155 per week throughout the eight week programme. You may also be eligible for childcare allowances.
