The Job:

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in our legal division, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and placing high-calibre legal graduates and professionals into esteemed law firms and legal departments. This is a fantastic role that offers exceptional career growth opportunities within the legal recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Actively source and attract legal graduates and professionals through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.

Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and career aspirations, ensuring a strong match with client requirements.

Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with law firms and legal organisations, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with legal industry trends and competitor analysis to advise clients and candidates effectively.

Candidate Representation: Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process, preparing them for interviews, and negotiating job offers.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal regulations and industry standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethics.

KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets related to candidate placements and revenue generation.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field (legal studies, business, HR, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn.
• Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
• A keen interest in the legal industry and recruitment.
