Job Description:

Position Overview:

As a French-Speaking Graduate Recruitment Consultant within our Legal Division, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and placing high-potential legal graduates and professionals who are fluent in French into prestigious law firms and legal departments. This role offers a dynamic environment and outstanding opportunities for career advancement within the legal recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and attract French-speaking legal graduates and professionals through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
• Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, linguistic skills, and career aspirations, ensuring a strong alignment with client requirements.
• Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with law firms and legal organisations, understanding their staffing needs and providing customised recruitment solutions for French-speaking roles.
• Market Research: Stay updated with legal industry trends and competitor analysis, enabling you to advise clients and candidates effectively on market conditions and opportunities.
• Candidate Representation: Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process, preparing them for interviews, and skilfully negotiating job offers.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal regulations and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
• KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets related to candidate placements and revenue generation, with a focus on French-speaking placements.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field (legal studies, languages, business, HR, etc.).
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning.
• Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
• A genuine interest in the legal industry and recruitment.
