Our client, a fintech recruitment agency, is looking for a sales graduate to join their growing recruitment team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who would like to start their career in fintech recruitment. The role will involve working with clients to identify their needs and requirements and then sourcing and selecting candidates who are suitable for the role.

Ideal Candidates:

• Will have a 2:2 or higher - this is preferred but not required

• Have sales / recruitment experience - preferred but not essential
• Have the ability to work well under pressure
