A leadership role in finance
Everything you do will prepare you for a leadership role in finance. Our wide-ranging rotational placements will give you a broad view of our Bank and get you up to speed with our inner workings. You’ll learn about strategy, internal and external financial reporting, systems and regulatory capital. You’ll develop your financial accounting skills in financial control and technical and statutory reporting. You’ll help our teams to achieve their goals as a finance analyst within financial planning, performance and analytics. And you’ll become a part of the financial regulatory reporting team, understanding how regulation has evolved over the years and assisting in the regulatory process.

What you’ll need
• Passion working for a bank with values and ethics at it's heart
• At least a 2:1 degree or a 2:2 with a Masters (ideally in a numerical, scientific, analytical or business related subject)
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at grade C or above
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• The unrestricted right to live and work in the UK
