Who are we looking for?
As our ideal Finance Graduate you will need to be enthusiastic, well organised, and self-motivated. You will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject with a minimum achievement of a 2:1 classification.
What might my 3 year programme entail?
The role of Finance Graduate will report to a Head of Finance during your 3 year programme. The programme is designed to provide you with comprehensive experience and development across all core areas of finance within the company. You will be sponsored and supported to complete your professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA) over the course of the programme. You will be initially based at our Head Office in Solihull, Birmingham although your programme will include 6-12 months periods where you will be required to work within one or more of our regional Business Finance teams located in the North, the Midlands and the South. The programme will include up to 4 rotations within the following departments:
• Finance Shared Service Centre
• Business Finance Teams (National and Regional)
• Financial Control & Planning
