We have a very exciting opportunity to join Whitbread as a Finance Graduate on our fantastic graduate programme.

We are the UK's leading hospitality business, a FTSE 100 company owning brands such as Premier Inn, Beefeater and Bar&Block. Behind the brands is a Finance function with exciting plans to put Whitbread in a stronger position to deliver the strategy to innovate and grow in the core UK business; focus on Premier Inn’s strengths to grow at scale internationally; and build the infrastructure and capabilities to support continuing long-term growth.

What you will be doing:
You'll start by spending time with operational teams across our Hotels and Restaurants to fully understand the heart of our business, before completing three rotational placements at our Support Centre. Working in a business-critical role from day one, you’ll be instrumental in providing analysis that will inform and influence our strategic management decisions. This fast-paced scheme has a rotational structure which ensures that you’ll acquire a breadth of experience, as well as a depth of knowledge. Throughout all this, we'll also support you to achieve your ACCA/CIMA qualification.

We're looking for individuals who want to be stretched and challenged beyond their comfort zone. You should be curious, hungry for new knowledge and always questioning. You’re determined and focused on delivery, with a passion for making things better. You’ll bring fresh insights and a new way of thinking, driving creativity and innovation. You’re bold enough to speak out, back yourself and challenge the status quo. You connect at all levels of the organisation, building genuine authentic and meaningful relationships.

We're not just looking for the next generation of leaders; we’re looking for individuals to make a difference from day one.

What you’ll need:
• Minimum 2:1 degree in any subject (achieved or expected)
Good analytical and team work skills
