This programme takes your passion for people and turns it into exceptional finance expertise.

You'll start by spending time with operational teams across our Restaurants, Hotels and Coffee Shops to fully understand the heart of our business, before completing three rotational placements at our Support Centres. Working in a business-critical role from day one, you’ll be instrumental in providing analysis that will inform and influence our strategic management decisions. This fast-paced role has a rotational structure which ensures that you’ll acquire a breadth of experience, as well as a depth of knowledge. Throughout all this, we'll also support you to achieve your ACCA/CIMA qualification.

We're looking for individuals who want to be stretched and challenged beyond their comfort zone. You should be curious, hungry for new knowledge and always questioning. You’re determined and focused on delivery, with a passion for making things better. You’ll bring fresh insights and a new way of thinking, driving creativity and innovation. You’re bold enough to speak out, back yourself and challenge the status quo. You connect at all levels of the organisation, building genuine authentic and meaningful relationships.

We're not just looking for the next generation of leaders; we’re looking for individuals to make a difference from day one.

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 2:1 degree in any subject (achieved or expected)
• Good analytical and team work skills

As the proud owners of some of the country's best-loved hospitality brands, we serve an amazing 25 million UK customers each month in our Costa coffee shops, Premier Inn hotels and popular restaurants. Our ambition is ever-growing, and we’re looking for a new generation of leaders to take our business to the next level.
