Description
At Hilmore House (our head office in Bradford) you’ll see what it takes to make good things happen for millions of people every single week. Join us on the three-year Finance Graduate scheme and you can play an important role in helping the business deliver our priorities and build a broader, stronger Morrisons . You’ll learn about all of our different finance functions, who are vital to keeping our business running smoothly. Get stuck into a wide range of challenges, all while earning a starting salary of £28,000 and studying towards a Level 7 CIMA qualification.
What’s involved?
During the 3-year programme, you’ll experience different teams and work on real-life projects from accounting, tax and treasury to financial planning, analysis and business planning. You could find yourself helping our buying teams deliver great value for our customers or support our manufacturing and logistics sites. Day-to-day, you could be:
- Helping our teams deliver financial results
- Supporting, advising and helping teams throughout the business to pursue new opportunities
- Completing accruals and prepayments to ensure they match financial statements
Our structured training and the opportunity to work on exciting projects mean you’ll have plenty of opportunities to progress and learn while with us. As well as learning on the job, you’ll study towards a Level 7 CIMA qualification. We’ll support you by paying for your exam fees and giving you study leave to focus on your assignments. By the end of the scheme, you will have experienced three finance placements, where you’ll gain the skills and experience you’ll need to enjoy a rewarding career as an accountant.
