They are now seeking a highly driven and focused project manager to organise, process and resolve member feedback on a daily basis with the view to alleviate and improve product delivery. This opportunity will also allow you to build amazing customer service and communication skills.
Assessing and prioritising received client and customer feedback or queries on a daily basis.
Working closely with all business departments to ensure feedback can be dealt with appropriately.
Liaising with colleagues across the company to add clarity on feedback received which will enhance the ability to identify the root of customer/client issues and/or complaints.
Generating and organising accurate feedback notes on the internal systems to allow all members of the team to identify queries or challenges that have been completed.
Weekly reporting to management surrounding feedback and query progress so management can prioritise and manage these accordingly.
Brilliant negotiating and organisational skills to ensure feedback can be dealt with accordingly.
Due to the fast-paced working environment it's important to have a strong resolute work ethic to handle the work load.
Exceptional communication skills across multiple platforms to build long-standing relationships with existing clients and colleagues.
A team sports lover which will enable you to hit the ground running through having an insight into the industry.
Ability/experience of working to targets which will allow greater manageability for workload.
A perseverant and meticulous work ethic to handle the fast-pace environment and workload.
Educated to degree level or equivalent
