A professional membership body based in Central London is looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join their team.

The post holder will be tasked with coordinating venue bookings, sales and catering, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and suppliers. You will act as first point of contact for all venue enquiries, preparing quotes and proposals for clients and providing general administrative support to the team.

The successful candidate will be educated to A level standard or equivalent, with proven experience of working in a similar role or environment. You will posses outstanding communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to prioritise and work to multiple deadlines. Working knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel is essential.
