This is a 3month paid internship offering £18K pro rata, followed by the potential of a permanent role.

How you can expect to spend your day:

Looking for a creatively minded Experience Executive to join the Client Services team.

The client Services team run the day to day Client relationships and oversee the business both internally and externally, reporting directly to the Chief Client Officer. They are passionate, hungry and talented Client Services professionals who fulfil the traditional Account Management function but in addition are expected to strategically focus on the Client experience of partnering with the business as well as offering and facilitating consultancy around optimising the experience of their Clients' customers.

The Experience Executive will be working across a number of key accounts in the business and assist in the development and delivery of digital projects from conception through to delivery.

Work closely with internal stakeholders (Experience Directors, Project Managers, Creative, CX & Technical Leads) to manage client projects & deliverables through the agency from conception to delivery

Build client relationships and support Experience Directors Research client products, services & competitors

Assist in tracking, monitoring & managing timing plans, schedules and budgets

Be confident liaising with client and building strong relationships

Draft client facing proposals, documents, strategic plans and other internal or client facing materials

Attend client meetings to document and generate accurate "action lists" / contact reports and distribute to key internal stakeholders
