OTE: First Year - £50,000+

Our Client is looking for high-caliber individuals to maintain excellence in the delivery of unrivalled research output that they provide to all their prestigious clients.
As a mid-sized firm, they dedicate considerable resources to extensively analyzing the market and require Search and Recruitment professionals able to bring their industry knowledge to new and existing business opportunities. Our client specializes in Infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and Information technology. However, whilst established in 2014, they have recently expanded their portfolio and opened a US division with offices in New York and LA.
Executive search deals with Board-room level, £200K+ Placements dealing in recruitment sectors such as Fin-Tech, Private Equity and Retail Leisure.
The Executive Search role:
- Market Mapping.
- Market Research.
- Sales role focused on acquiring new clients and short-listing candidates worthy of specific roles.
The Executive Search candidate profile:
- 2:1 or more from top 20 University.
- Immense drive to succeed and build a career to be proud of.
