The Role

This graduate position is a mixture of sales and research. As an executive search consultant, you will be working in a term dedicated to searching for the best executive talent with the financial services market, and working closely with investment banks & hedge funds to help fill their vacancies.


On a D2D basis, you will be required to have client and candidate contact, whilst learning and developing your sales skills. In addition compiling research within the financial service markets is required to aid your team in successfully making senior level placements. 


The Trainee/Graduate Program

As a graduate, you will benefit from outstanding training – and work through a modular based program over the initial 3-6 months. On the job training, as well as class room based exercises allow you to learn in a fast paced environment, and develop your skill set at a rapid rate.
