Our client is a leading European Executive Search & Selection agency who are widely regarded as a market leader in their focus areas including the Financial, Commerce & Industrial, Technology-Media & Telecoms and Professional Services sectors.
The firm, who has a long history of working with a diverse and prestigious client base, are currently looking for four trainee recruitment consultants either at a graduate or a 2nd jobber stage, ideally with some commercial experience to help execute on their increasing work load.
The successful graduate will be given the opportunity for internal transfers to one of the firm's International offices in either London, New York City, Washington or the recently opened Singapore office. Progression within the company is fast, with consultants moving up through the ranks within a matter of years. An example of the progression available, includes star performers in the business, taking home in excess of £200,000 annually and took the opportunity to launch the first of their international offices in Singapore.

•Successful candidates will have:
oGraduated from a top 50 University with a 2:1 degree or above
oA bright, hungry and driven personality - essential for working in this dynamic environment
oOverachieved on the sporting field or in academics and have a drive and passion for success
oA history working in a sales or a commercial environment or the skillset and ability to do so
oNatural communication and presentation skills both on the phone and in person

o•Confident and communicative individual
o•Able to demonstrate a real interest & understanding of the Recruitment industry
o•A 2.1 degree (2:2 if you can demonstrate work experience)
o•Strong ability to build rapport in a client facing environment
o•A sense of humour and a strong personality
o•Driven to progress and succeed within a sales based environment
