Have you studied Events management at Degree level, or do you have experience in the role and want further your knowledge in the industry? Are you an organised and creative individual, who wants to work on exciting projects within a variety of different industries and with the ability to travel?



The Company are looking for a candidate with a passion for every aspect of events management, to join their intimate, boutique style, successful Events Team. They are looking for a creative and confident candidate, to assist the team , working on heir portfolio of events hosted internationally. They are focused on a diverse range of topics and market space, so are no mean feat as you will be working across the administration, marketing and operations of the event. The Role:



  • Consult and liaise with the venue, regarding the event, layout and final numbers
  • Develop good internal relationships with all departments, ensuring clear communication is always a priority
  • Liaise with your manager to ensure you are fully briefed on all tasks and events, to ensure you produce work to the highest quality
  • Organising logistics of 2/3 international conferences a month across Europe, USE and Asia and ensure precise resource management for all events
  • Event cost control and budget management and reporting to aid decision making and effective use of funds
  • Always provide high quality customer service


The Candidate:



  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal will ensure you can liaise with key stake holders and colleagues, to build strong interpersonal relationships
  • Degree in Events Management, preferably, as it will equip you with business and creative skills to understand the process of organising an event, from ideas stage to realisation
  • Minimum 6 - 12 months commercial experience in events will mean you can hit the ground running
  • Be able to adapt and prioritise according to business needs
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and high attention to detail, to make sure you work efficiently under tight deadlines
