An exciting opportunity to work for the world's fastest growing business to business event organiser. The privately-owned company, based in West London, produce world class events and exhibitions and are in the global top 20. In this new role, they are looking for someone to assist across their whole portfolio of events. You will need to be very organised as this role includes a large variety of responsibilities including liaising with clients to organise logistics for exhibitions, assisting the Operations Managers, completing administrative task etc. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for events to work their way up in a top company.

The Opportunity

Liaising with various clients to organise logistics for the exhibitions

Day-to-day administration including answering calls, taking messages, checking time sheets, completing paperwork

Assisting various Operations Managers with the organisation of the exhibitions

The opportunity to travel internationally to events to meet clients and assist with the smooth running of the exhibitions

On the job training, as well as excellent progression opportunities will be offered in this role

Your Profile

Good organisation and time management will equip you well for the administrative tasks

Excellent verbal communication skills will allow you to build strong relationships with clients and event staff

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team will equip you for the variety of responsibilities in this role

A confident and calm attitude will allow you to flourish in their existing social culture

Experience or a degree in events will provide you with knowledge of the industry
