The European Medical Group are in the provision of high quality programmes and information targeted at healthcare professionals of all specialties. One of three divisions under this group, the European Medical Journal is an open-access medical journal aiming to capture the very latest advancements in the medical field. They publish a quarterly flagship journal, bringing together an assortment of peer-reviewed articles, unique features and interviews with industry thought leaders.

They're looking to bring on board a Client Services Executive, to help manage client relationships on their behalf.

Some of the responsibilities you'll have:

Dealing with incoming client queries received by telephone & email, providing quick resolutions or responses, requesting additional information when necessary

Arranging and attending site visits to improve sales conversions

Making sure all administration tasks are completed and clients are receiving reliable service

Building and maintaining effective client relationships with regular updates to clients, overcoming possible objections

Working with sales team to identify opportunities for cross selling for products

Working closely with sales team to maximise opportunities

Client Services Executive - the package:

Basic salary of £25-27k

Candidate requirements:

Essential: Educated to degree level

Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and IT literate

Passion for delivering results
