The Company:
Founded in 2006, this business has established themselves as a mainstay in the Cloud,
Network and Digital Managed Services space.
Their product range helps businesses like Aldi, McClaren, and CoOp optimise their business
performance.
Given recent investment, they’re now looking to expand rapidly meaning the SDRs that come
in now will have the opportunity to grow alongside the business and set their own career
development plan.
Oh, and you’ll be directly learning from a Sales Manager whose developed industry leading
sales teams before!
Benefits:
Basic salary of £25,000, increasing to £27,500 after 3 months
You can expect to earn around £10,000 in commission in year 1, however this is
uncapped!
You’ll receive full training directly from the Sales Manager, as well as continued
professional development in weekly 1-2-1 meetings

The Role:
Attain a thorough knowledge of the business itself, their product range and preferred
clientele in order to become a market expert
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to help each other hit company
targets
Create a pipeline of new business by identifying the key decision makers in
businesses, determining how you can solve their challenges
Utilise a multi-channel approach, including cold calling, LinkedIn, videos, and emails
to engage potential clients
Book in demonstrations for the Account Executives, with the aim of you getting into
that position in 18 months
The Ideal Candidate:
Educated to degree level
Experience in a sales role is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ambitious and driven (want to hit targets and progress)
Confident as they want outgoing personalities, not robots!
