What is recruitment

As a 360-recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process. From building relationships with hiring companies and making connections with clients, to communicating with and managing the expectations of potential candidates who are looking for their next role.


  • Headhunting potential candidates with the specific skills you need
  • Screening CVs to identify desired skills
  • Calling prospective clients and selling your services as a recruitment consultant
  • Supply clients across the EU within the IT or Engineering field in delivering the best talent that the market has to offer
  • Build your client and candidate base to create meaningful relationships
  • Using your sales skills to chase leads in order to build connections with clients
