Who is g2?

G2 are a recruitment company that cover a multitude of sectors ranging from Engineering, IT and Life Sciences servicing our clients in the Benelux region with their hiring needs.

What is recruitment?

As a 360 consultant, you will manage your own desk and be trained on building your own client and candidate base and aim to supply various companies within the EU Engineering field with the top talent the market has to offer.

You will be responsible for servicing a variety of businesses within your market of Engineering with the best talent the market has to offer to fill the vacancies they have open.

Led by Jake Gallagher who joined g2 in 2015, the EU Engineering team are looking for additional members who are keen on working in an international business field and follow in the footsteps of some off g2's top billers!

What we offer?

  • Top earning potential matched with an individual uncapped commission structure – £20K basic with OTE of £30- 40K in year 1, £60 -80k in year 2 and £100k year 3 onwards

What we want from you?:

  • Confident and energetic communicator- beneficial when making daily sales calls
  • Good understanding of sales/recruitment and keen on establishing a sales career
  • Previous B2C and/or B2B sales experience – useful but not essential in our grad programme
  • Keen on self-development to contribute to a successful career – think about why progression is important to you!
  • Ambitious about earning potential – this is key as our basic starts at £18,000 with OTE of £30- 40K in year 1, £60 -80k in year 2 and £100k year 3 onwards – why are you looking to achieve this?
