We're seeking an Engagement Administrator to join our London office. This role will be part of the operations team, supporting clients and senior executives. The successful candidate will enable the seamless execution and delivery of client engagements.
You will be the first point of contact for candidates and clients, coordinating interviews and travel arrangements as well as office management.
To succeed in this position, we're looking for:
Educated - Graduates with a 2.1 degree or higher from a reputable university
Bright with good initiative - able to deal with busy executives and their schedules in a positive yet firm manner, ability to multitask is essential
Active communicator - we're looking for someone who's not afraid to speak up and be client facing
Professional - you'll be dealing with high-end clients daily, it's essential to be presentable and professional at all times
