Eiger FX - FinTech Sales Graduate

Salary: £25,000 Depending on Experience + Commission

We are looking for hungry graduates to help take this young, ambitious and growing FinTech company to the next level. With offices inbetween the City and Shoreditch, we are a small team trying to reshape how people look at the industry.

In This Role, You Will:
• Creatively lead source. We are B2B and work with clients big or small. From Hedge Funds to SMEs to Charities.
• Identify new prospects to onboard primarily via cold calling.
• Qualify prospects by undertaking a structured fact-finding mission. Analysing their current processes and understanding how their FX exposures affect their commercial objectives.
• Demonstrate how Eiger FX can meet their needs, offering them a wide product mix including lightning fast international payments, an online trading platform and bespoke hedging solutions.
• Close!

• Have a confident, energetic, ‘can do’ attitude. This is not a company for coasters. We need people who ‘get it’ and want to play an integral part in helping us accomplish our mission.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You need to be a naturally outgoing person who enjoys speaking to people. Sales is tough but the best salespeople enjoy the process – they don’t dread it.
• Have a good understanding of and passion for financial markets.
• Embrace technology.
• Can look at and understand a set of company accounts.
• Have a good understanding of the basics of financial markets.
• Are results driven.

• High level of numeracy and written communication.
• Degree in Finance/Economics or CISI qualifications a plus.

The Particulars
• Up to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus excellent commissions. OTE Year 1 £30,000 to £40,000.
• Quick career progression. Grow with the company with ambitions to expand rapidly.
• Work hours 8am to 5pm.
• 20 days holiday in first year, then 25 thereafter (plus public holidays).
• Start date: January 2nd.
