Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) are between businesses and the University, placing Associates to work on challenging, high profile projects.

Coventry University is seeking a KTP Associate to work within Nexus Creative Ltd. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual to assist the company to deliver a strategic programme which will design and develop a Digital Marketing Client Management System (DMCM). This will add value to the client relationship through the delivery of new qualitative data on the success of digital marketing campaigns and will inform new campaigns with enhanced content and improved, timely targeting. The KTP associate will be mentored on this project by an academic expert.

Nexus Creative is a traditional and digital marketing communications agency with over 400 active clients, mostly B2B and including small local companies as well as large national organisations. The company excels in creativity, complex web/portal creation and business development.

Applicants should have an honours degree in an appropriate subject with software development and technical knowledge for implementation of web based/connected applications. Enthusiasm and knowledge of digital marketing and research methods for gathering data on digital marketing campaigns is essential.

Initially a 2 year structured programme of responsibilities, includes a package valued up to £8,500 including a personal development and national/international travel bursary over the fixed term and the successful completion of which may lead to a higher degree and to the right candidate a permanent position in the company.

The project will be fully supported by the School of Media & Performing Arts, Coventry University. This support includes an individual development plan, training, and the opportunity to pursue a higher degree.
