Website, Digital marketing & Marketing Automation (Hubspot)
• Drive & proactively manage end to end nurturing and digital communication program touch points, analytics and tracking through email, social, web & PPC activities using Hubspot automation platform ensuring best practice and optimised performance
• Ongoing management and optimisation of Hubspot, including Forms, Landing pages, workflows, social channels and emails
• Ongoing management and maintenance of the corporate website ( to include (but not limited to) web content refresh, SEO, PPC activity, microsites / landing pages
• Maximise customer and prospect visits to and optimise budget investments in web, email marketing campaigns, social media & online campaigns to drive incremental ROI
• Ensure all content is regularly refreshed to provide customers and prospects with access to latest solution content, videos, case studies, testimonials etc. Engage other stakeholders in the business to ensure relevant sections of website are refreshed and accurate at all time
• Apply best practice techniques to drive up Cisilion’s brand visibility and search results across all key search engine platforms using SEO and PPC.
• Review, recommend and subject to approval implement ongoing improvements to the website and digital marketing activities
• Ensure Cisilion website and other digital platforms are secure and stable at all times

Lead Generation
• Collaborate with Head of Marketing and Campaign Manager to ensure integrated and measurable marketing execution.
Make ongoing recommendations regarding funding opportunities, to drive increased sales activity and brand building.

Data & CRM
•Own the marketing CRM Microsoft Dynamics system maintaining accurate data, profiling fields and managing target data uploads, lists, workflow automation, data analytics and reporting
• Be the CRM marketing evangelist providing direction, support and best practice for sales and marketing use as well as guidance for the rest of the business

Reporting & Analytics

• Responsible for the monthly marketing report that includes: sales acitivy overview (pipeline, orders), marketing activies
• Strong analytical and data-driven skills: Data analytics using Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Microsoft Excel
• Communicate results of digital based activity in a timely manner to all key stakeholders including Sales, Pre-Sales, Product / Solution Managers

Brand & Design

• Ensure Brand compliance across all digital assets and communications.
• Owner of the Cisilion brand and drive business growth through driving creative and dynamic content to build strong brand perception, awareness & presence
• Owner of the design & presentation of all relevant client facing collateral, documentation and online platforms including all marketing material such as case studies, solution overviews, email campaigns, presentation templates, proposals, customer user guides, social media platforms & website amongst others
• Owner of all Cisilion’s Innovation Centre digital signange (including 4 microwave screens and 4 digital screens)
• Create and maintain a creative and dynamic collection of digital marketing collateral that will drive online engagement and new business via owned digital platforms including: video clips, customers case studies, video interviews & snapshots, pdf downloads etc
• Ensure Cisilion and partner brand/ co-brand guidelines are adhered to at all times


• Passion for graphic design - Photoshop & Illustrator preferred
• Video editing skills required
• Working knowledge of Wordpress CMS platform
• Strong analytical and data-driven skills. Data analytics using Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Microsoft Excel required
• Automation platform experience required – Hubspot preferred
• Strong project management experience required
• Social media advocate for Linked In, Youtube, Twitter amongst others
• Budget Management experience preferred
• Experience of managing suppliers and agencies preferred
• Experience of working for and / or with technology vendors or technology channel partners. Background in Tech / Telecoms/ Networking preferred
