With specialist teams working across Insurance, FX, Compliance & Regulation, CAT, Audit, Broking, Risk Management and Change & IT, our client is continuing to expand their scope and move into new sectors within the financial services industry. Since their inception in 2009, they have grown organically into a team of just over 20. After the new financial year, they have undergone a restructure that has created room for up to six new members of the team, this is where you come in!
This role is as a delivery consultant, which means you will work closely with one of the firms best consultants to help resource and headhunt the best candidates on the market for your specialist sector. This means we need you to be BUBBLY, OUTGOING and INCREDIBLY PERSONABLE! You will be meeting and speaking with job seekers day in and day out, so it's crucial that you are able to build rapport and establish trust from the get-go.
Our client is a very 'young' company. The entire management team of team leaders and top billers are all under 28 years old. They all started their careers at the bottom, and have worked their way up to the top in under 3 years, with opportunity to progress into senior management relatively quickly. They pride themselves on organic growth, and promotion from within. This opportunity is open to you as well. All you need is the right work ethic, and the ambition to go all the way to the top!
Our client has beautiful offices in the business district in central London. The location is perfect, being under 10 minutes walking distance from 3 different tube stops, and having an abundance of bars, restaurants and clubs means that you can work hard, but also play hard. With a snooker table, dart board, PS2, beer fridge and huge chill out zone in the office, they want someone who can join a social and close knit team.

- Resourcing potential candidates, and then conducting face-to-face, telephone or skype interviews in order to understand their career goals and drivers
- Influencing and selling to passive candidates (those not looking for a move)
- Articulating a value proposition to candidates in order to influence and control candidate and client situations
- Generating sales leads through candidate relationships & screening
After 6-12 months successfully achieving your targets for the role, our client will put you into the training to become a 360 consultant which will allow you to start generating new business and building a client base for your own! By this stage, you will be an expert in the field so this transition will be a breeze. There is clear scope for progression with our client, and what you need to achieve and what targets you need to hit to allow this growth will be laid out for you on day one!
