Objective is a global software organisation that allows companies that exist in regulated industries to transfer information outside of their firewalls in a compliant and safe way. They're currently based in Maidenhead, but are moving to a brand-new, state-of-the-art office on the tenth floor of the Thames Tower in Reading at the beginning of next year.


This is no run-of-the-mill sales role: your main duties will be looking after, and growing your relationship with, existing customers. Objective's clients love them, and their business is based on the strength of the customer relationship. Your target will be to retain 90% of your customer base and to grow your clients by 30%, through upselling and cross-selling. A typical day will involve responding to inbound calls from clients, giving web demos to resolve issues, visiting your clients in their offices and attending events and exhibitions. The progression opportunities are fantastic- Objective want to see new recruits promoted into Business Development Manager roles within a year of joining.
