Customer Success Manager Role. £35,000 - £45,000 basic – no experience required. Sales Intelligence Platform company.
Our client is a Pre-Series A SaaS platform company that sells a Sales Intelligence Platform that enables leaders of fast-growth SaaS business to turn their organisations into predictable sales engines that will attract the attention of investors. The founders of the company met at one of the UK’s most prestigious Universities. One of them was an actuary who actually delivered the number’s used in the Obama speech about the BP Oil Spill and the other ran a successful sales organisation in Central London. The founders noticed a gap in the market for this type of technology and built a SaaS platform company that now has Global customers and an established London team, based out of a flagship WeWork office!
The opportunity for you
This is the first Customer Success Manager hire that this company is making. You will have the opportunity to work alongside the founders while you ramp up and establish yourself at the company. You will be given a portfolio of clients to look after, manage and increase revenue out of. This role will involve lots of face to face interactions with clients and onsite workshops where you will be delivering platform demonstrations. You will be targeted on customer satisfaction, renewals and upselling. You will be rewarded bonus based on your performance. Once established in the role, you will have the opportunity to establish a team underneath you. You do not need to be technically minded for this role, you need to be intelligent, empathetic, have gravitas and be brave!
