Job Specification: 

• Manage daily distribution through the CRM systems
• Stock Control and transfer
• Daily communication to the warehouse following our clients’ Global logistic guidelines 
• Support at all stages of the flow of goods from the Japanese parent company to end customers.
• Making sure customer orders received are entered correctly into the CRM system
• Communicating with customers and all colleagues by telephone, email ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently
• Ensuring that agreed promised delivery dates to customers are maintained
• Managing end-to-end order process including providing details regarding dispatch and delivery
• Process quotation to the customer

Personal Requirements: 

• Degree educated in any discipline
• Experience working in a professional environment is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Open, clear, and confident communicator, both written and oral
• Logistical and precise thinker with a good head for numbers
• Target-orientated mentality with the ability to self-evaluate and innovate
• Good team worker and collaborator 
• Able to work independently to defined objectives
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines
• Capable of multi-tasking whilst maintaining high attention to detail
