The Role
Working as a central team member in the operations department you will play a key role to internal collaboration and liaison within the; marketing, venues and operations teams. Day to day you will be responsible for:
* Analysing and prioritising feedback
* Actioning feedback follow ups with clients
* On site visits to sports facilities
* Reporting to venues team on outstanding issues
* Ensuring retention through follow up calls and emails
* Problem solving to resolve queries
* Working in conjunction with marketing team to ensure targets are met

The Person
This role requires a proactive problem solver with a great multi-tasking ability, you will also need to have:
* Administration experience
* Positive can-do attitude
* Sociable, lover of team sports/ keeping active
* Degree Level education
* Ability to prioritise a highly varied workload
* Confident approach
