Customer Service Executive

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive for one of our reputable and well-established organisers of conferences for the finance industry. With offices based in London and New York they are successful and an exciting company who work closely together to guarantee their continuing success, they host events all over the world and are renowned for the seniority of the audiences they attract.

The Role:
* Improving customer service systems and processes
* Invoicing for conferences in various currencies
* Updating the website with correct information and agendas
* Updating the apps for different events making sure all agendas, speakers and photos are correct
* Assisting with credit control and ensuring that all fees are paid
* Other ad hoc office and administration duties

The Candidate:
* Educated to degree level from a top 30 university
* Beneficial to have at least 6 months commercial experience
* Confident and have excellent communication skills
* Accurate with typing and experience with MS Word and MS Excel essential
* Knowledge of Salesforce advantageous
* Ability to build rapport
