How you can expect to spend your day;
• Deliver a world-class service experience on every interaction with customers and drivers.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and caring tone through all touch-points: Phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Solve customer and driver queries- this is an incredibly strategic position!
• Accurately document every interaction
• Multi-task; using different tools and systems to support customers and drivers
• Liaise with customers and drivers about the status of their order
• Willingness to be humble and learn new methods to 'WOW' our customers and drivers.
• Provide feedback to leadership on how we can improve our tools and processes to benefit our customers and drivers.
