Customer Service Advisor

The Customer Service Associate is a full-time position dedicated to providing best in class customer service to ISN's contractor customer base, as well as assisting with internal administrative functions of the Customer Service Team. The Customer Service Associate serves as the driver of quality for customer inquiries and support, customer workflows, and day-to-day processes within Contractor Development. It requires that one be a self-starter, able to work as part of a team and willing to assist with all of the day-to-day operations inherent to a rapidly growing organization.

The Customer Service Advisor role involves:

• Proactively service and support ISNetworld contractor/supplier clients
• Conduct training on ISN products via phone, web based and face-to-face meetings
• Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing projects
• Identifying candidates for successful placements
• Interacting with and processing individuals who have been identified as potential successful candidates
• Interviewing candidates for placement opportunities
• Negotiating terms of contracts
