You could be delivering insights that keep customers at the core of a FTSE 100 business.

At Centrica, we secure and supply the energy that keeps millions of homes and businesses running. Join us, as a Customer Insight graduate, and you’ll learn how to use advanced analytics and market research techniques to find answers to some of our most important questions. Who are our customers? How do they behave? What products are they interested in? What do they really think about us?

The programme consists of three placements, including a comprehensive induction into Insight which lasts for your first 11 months. There will be opportunities for you to develop expertise across a range of areas, from SQL and propensity modelling to project management. You will also gain experience across the key function areas of the team while developing the skills you need to become one of its future leaders.

To make the most of this fantastic opportunity, you need to be a highly analytical and inquisitive person who is passionate about using information to make better decisions. Other qualities we look for include confidence, creativity and a real desire to succeed. A minimum 2:1 degree is essential (2:2 if combined with a Master’s).
