Customer Experience Graduate Programme:

As a Customer Experience Graduate, or CX consultant, the successful candidate will perform an integral role on the front line of the company's Cloud adoption.

Undertaking bespoke skills and product based training to ensure you are armed with the necessary technical expertise to excel (no experience required)

Obtain a thorough knowledge of the delivery of CX Cloud Applications

Deliver Client Facing workshops, including Playback sessions

Validate and proof solutions before they are adopted

Work closely with their immediate team as well as the extended Oracle network in order to build a comprehensive marketing, commerce and data cloud understanding

Customer Experience Graduate Package:

A generous £29,000 basic salary, with a discretionary £3,000 annual bonus

Oracle Customer Experience Graduate requirements:

Must be an ambitious university graduate of a 2.1 standard in a discipline related to business or IT, or one that is digital in nature.

Customer facing experience

An innovative and analytical approach

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Some knowledge of digital sales, service or marketing processes
