Customer Executive Package:

Customer Executive Role:

  • Manage a monthly sales target for upsell, cross-sell and contract resigns for an allocated customer base, selling to existing customers to grow revenue and margin
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to exploit them
  • Attend account reviews with clients through face-to-face or virtual meetings
  • Work with Customer Advocates to prepare and present proposals, service reports and infrastructure updates
  • Manage sales opportunities on the company CRM system, using Gamma's sales methodology and track activity following the defined processes
  • Represent Gamma through an ability to communicate the company offering in a business-like manner
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure sales verification and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Help maintain excellent relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

Customer Executive Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced,
  • Customer orientated with excellent relationship building skills
  • Positive and proactive, with a can-do attitude
  • Willingness to develop and learn
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
