Brands can buy this inventory across all platforms, through their agencies and agency trading desks, to roll-out video ad campaigns both locally and on a global scale.
As the inventors of out stream video advertising, this company are changing the game by placing video advertising outside of the video stream, embedded within the heart of premium content. They also provide both programmatic and managed services offerings, enabling clients to set campaign objectives and have the in-house team execute successful campaigns on their behalf.

This is a 3month paid internship offering up to £22K pro rata, followed by the possibility of a permanent role.
How you can expect to spend your day:
You will be capable of creating rich media ad formats (preferably for video and display) able to work within a fast-paced, high pressure, team-oriented environment. You will be hungry to work with the latest technologies use your initiative to come up with unique designs and new ideas whilst ensuring best practice, usability and accessibility.
The role will require you to
Run projects from start to finish
Job split is essentially - 60% design, 30% build (Mobile, Tablet, desktop), 10% company product/technical platform development
Design/animate the company studio ad formats
Guide the team on best technical practices
Innovate and deliver new solutions for ad portfolio
Report into the Head of Studio EMEA
Main Tasks and responsibilities
Building responsive and mobile experiences
Design unique creative HTML 5 non-standard IAB Banners, skins and microsites
Build prototypes and demos for new or existing products
Work closely with members of all departments, primarily Sales and Ad Operations, to gather project specs and deployment procedures.
Creating custom solutions for client requirements
The ideal intern's personality and qualifications:
Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to integrate dynamic content such as RSS Feeds, video, geo location and search API results into a web page or Flash application
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines, time management and communicate transparently with external teams
Strong portfolio demonstrating solid foundations across multiple technologies (Valid HTML, CSS, JS)
Commercial experience in online design and coding
The ability to demonstrate a real passion for what you do, and eager to exercise creative freedom.
PHP/mySQL database experience a plus
Video compression, editing and effects
Back End development
