Develop a broad range of technical markets product and relationship management skills, working with large organisations, including FTSE 100 constituents and global financial institutions

Our mission is Helping Britain Prosper, as we look after the financial needs of UK-based businesses across the nation and around the world, acting as a leading debt provider and strong transactional partner. As the country continues its economic recovery, our work has really been thrown into the spotlight. We help UK-based FTSE 100 companies and global financial institutions with a strong UK connection to invest locally and trade globally. We help clients to better manage their risks, become more sustainable, and design industry-leading products and services, such as debt capital and rates solutions to meet their changing needs.

Right now, we're looking for even more talented people to join the team and help us prepare for whatever the future brings. And the good news is, you don't need a banking or finance-related degree. As long as you have what it takes to thrive in our fast-paced, yet supportive environment, we want to hear from you.

Keen to make a difference to large global corporations? Curious about what drives the economy? Passionate about developing technical skills and product knowledge? If this sounds like you, then join us in supporting a more sustainable and inclusive society.

As a graduate on the Lloyd’s Bank CIB scheme, you’ll learn from our world-class teams and support some of the largest and most high-profile clients our Group works with. From day one, your team will value your perspective, give you real responsibility, and rely on your contribution. There will be unlimited opportunities to be innovative, think critically and add real value to our business.

Over the course of four placements, you’ll work in a variety of teams to support our clients with their debt financing, risk management, securitisation, foreign exchange and transaction banking needs. Your first three placements will enable you to gain experience in client facing, product specialist and risk roles, followed by the opportunity to choose your specialism in a range of relationship, market or product roles during your final rotation. Once you’ve completed the scheme, you’ll have the platform to take your Lloyd’s Banking Group career in a variety of directions.

You’ll receive a range of training throughout the scheme, including an invitation to an intensive training programme before you begin. This will give you the foundations you need to succeed, allow you to meet fellow graduates and mentors, and get you off to a strong start.

Throughout the scheme, you’ll see how we’re building digital innovation and sustainability into everything we do. You'll work towards a professional qualification. You’ll also grow an encouraging network of peers and colleagues, who are as passionate about learning as you are.
