A graduate trainee in construction management will work closely with the site project team to ensure all works are planned and carried out in line with the programme/schedule. You will also help make sure the work is delivered to the highest quality, client satisfaction and in line with health and safety standards. An exciting and practical role which has a real influence in the successful delivery of our projects.

If you are looking for a hands-on role, liaising with lots of different trades and consultants to support keeping the project on time and delivered to the highest standard, then construction management is the role for you. You will also help manage the health and safety aspects of the project – helping us make sure everyone goes home safely.

Academic requirements

To apply for our graduate development programme, you need to have achieved or be predicted to achieve a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree (or international equivalent). We will consider the following degrees:

• Construction Management
• Project Management with a Construction focus
• Quantity Surveying
• Any construction related degree
• Civil engineering (please note this is not for a civil/site engineer role)

You will also need:

A minimum of 96 UCAS points (2017 points tariff) or 240 UCAS points (pre-2017 points tariff) from your A levels (excluding general studies) or a minimum merit grade in your BTEC or HNC (or international equivalent)

Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths
