We provide high-quality design-led managed office spaces in prime Central London locations, predominantly to start-ups and SMEs. We have been around for 5 years and are expanding rapidly within a dynamic and growing market place.

Role



Daily building visits


Maintaining member relations


Preparing and attending check-in/out process


Maintaining a healthy building portfolio


Cleaning standard management


Reactive maintenance management


Picking up issues and logging cases


H&S checks and documentation


Attending fire drills



Requirements


The candidate must have a strong work ethic and an extremely high level of attention to detail. They must be able to think on their feet with a modern and fresh approach. They will be joining an innovative company, with a fantastic opportunity to establish themselves as an integral part of the business.


You will need commercial and client-facing experience under your belt, preferably experience in a role where you have been solely responsible for a product or service.
